Oriental Grape Cocktail
Glass:
Serve in a Martini glass
| 2 fl oz | Ketel One Vodka |
| 7 fresh | Green grapes (seedless) |
| 1 1⁄2 fl oz | Akashi-Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu sake |
| 1⁄6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare white/green grapes for garnish.
How to make:
- MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with grapes.
Review:
Sake adds some oriental intrigue to what would otherwise be a plain old grape cocktail.

Created in 2004 by yours truly (Simon Difford).
