Ingredients:
2 fl oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
1/2 fl oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
1 1/2 fl oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of apple wedge .
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
