2 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Thomas Henry Ginger Beer (chilled)

How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COPPER MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.
Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

Method

POUR first 4 ingredients into mug/glass.
Two-thirds fill vessel with cubed ice.
TOP with ginger beer.
Crown with crushed ice.

Garnish

Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
