Um ovo inteiro e cru contribui para dar corpo a esse coquetel saboroso, invernal e delicado. O fizz de CO2 da cidra adiciona corpo e equilibra a acidez, mas exige o uso de uma coqueteleira especial, como um Perlini.

História:

Receita recebida de Dale DeGroff em dezembro de 2012, que disse ser "um favorito meu, adaptado de uma receita do livro de 1862 de Jerry Thomas How to Mix Drinks. Uma versão diferente de eggnog, feito como dose individual e com um ovo cru, por isso é fundamental bater com muito vigor ("shake the hell out of it" foi o termo original).
