1 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin from freezer |
1 oz | Chardonnay (Chablis) white wine chilled |
2⁄3 oz | Elderflower liqueur |
2 oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water chilled |
Garnish: Lime wedge squeezed and dropped in drink
POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Borrowing its name from both BA High Life magazine and the highball glass it is served in, this refreshing long drink combines the botanical complexity of gin with honeyed elderflower liqueur balanced by white wine acidity.
