1 oz | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
2⁄3 oz | Absinthe vermouth |
1⁄3 oz | Poire William eau-de-vie |
1⁄6 oz | Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur |
3 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (or in place of ice use cold over frozen river stones to chill to avoid dilution from ice).
