Como fazer:
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with prosecco and gently stir.
*Special ingredient #1: Homemade vanilla / thyme syrup

| 3/4 fl oz | vinho tinto Rioja |
| 3/4 fl oz | *Ingrediente especial #1 (veja acima) |

| 2 fl oz | Prosecco (ou Champanhe) |
Comentários:
Red wine and light rum set the base flavours which are overlaid with tart lemon and balancing sweet vanilla and thyme syrup. Prosecco lengthens and invigorates.
