History

The overall Bacardí Legacy 2013 winning cocktail and the winner of The Russian 2013 Bacardí Legacy, created by Elizaveta Evdokimova, Russia.

Review

Elizaveta, this cocktails creator, says, "To create my cocktail it was important for me to emphasize the sense of loyalty, tradition and family heritage in Bacardí Carta Blanca. The knight embodies these qualities, as a symbol of nobility, loyalty and honour. The Knight Cap - for those who respect these qualities and also want a little knight's courage."

Not for us… I wanted a cocktail to use the Pama Pomegranate Liqueur I bought last Christmas, and in hindsight I don’t think I actually “like” pomegranate..😀

Would any of your brilliant bar tenders be able to share the measurements as a “pitcher”

Simply multiple the recipe according to the capaicity desired/or of your pitcher. Easier to work in ml. e.g. total ml of ingredients = 80ml x 6 = 480ml which with ice would suit average pitcher.
