MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1/3 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1/2 fl oz | Suco fresco de Limão |
1 dash | Pasteurised egg white or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |

During this period marketing, agencies created memorable campaigns to attract Americans to visit Cuba, then considered “the unofficial US saloon”. The marketing campaign during this ‘Golden Era’ gave BACARDÍ one of its most famous tag lines “Fly to Cuba and bathe in BACARDÍ”.
