MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

| 1 dash | Pasteurised egg white or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |

The marketing campaign during this ‘Golden Era’ gave BACARDÍ one of its most famous tag lines “Fly to Cuba and bathe in BACARDÍ”.
