Como fazer:

SPARY glass with absinthe. STIR rest of ingredients with ice and strain into chilled absinthe coated glass.

1/24 fl oz La Fee Parisienne absinthe
1 1/2 fl oz Bacardi 8 year old rum
1/2 fl oz Armagnac brandy
1/2 fl oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
1/3 fl oz Benedictine D.O.M.
2 dash Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)

My drink is named after my daughter, honouring the Bacardi ethos of excellence, passion, trust and caring which I hope to pass on to her.”
