¹⁄₃ fl oz	Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur

³⁄₄ fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist expressed & discarded. Adorn with dehydrated apple slice..

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN back into shaker.
DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

I added some cardamom bitters and peach bitters when I made this and the bitters gave it a nice bit of complexity. I'd recommend it.

Is that a typo, or is the syrup really one-twelfth of a shot?

Not a typo but an optional small amount of sugar to balance. 0ne-twelfth ounce (shot) is approx half a bar spoon or 2.5ml.
