12 fresh Mint leaves
2 fl oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
12 fl oz Bols Black Raspberry Liqueur
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix

Garnish: Raspberries & mint sprig

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Collins glass

Method:

Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of glass (just to bruise). Add other ingredients. Half-fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir) with bar spoon. Continue to add crushed ice and churn until drink is level with glass rim.

Very nice cocktail!
I didnt have raperberry liqueur so i used Crème de Fraises à la Fraise de Bois(strawberry).
It worked really well!

You can add a splash to top, but if you churn with crushed ice, it should already be diluted. Neither soda nor sparkling water is used to make mojitos in Cuba.
