How to make:
SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with cider.

| 1/4 fl oz | Vanilla sugar syrup |
| 1/4 fl oz | Ginger syrup |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 1/2 fl oz | Dry cider |

Herbal tequila, refreshing lime and mild ginger heat mellowed with creamy vanilla, all lengthened and flavoured with apple cider. An exceptionally good and interesting long drink.
History:
Adapted from a recipe created in July 2021 at Lobby Bar at The London Edition Hotel in London, England. This cocktail was sold in aid of S.A.C.R.E.D., a charity that helps improve lives in the rural communities in Mexico.
