1 1⁄2 fl oz Irish whiskey
2 fl oz Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
1⁄2 fl oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 fl oz Whipping cream

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare coffee beans for garnish.

Method

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated in a petal formation in the centre of the cocktail's foamy head.
