Serve in a Martini glass
2 barspoon | Apricot jam (preserve) |
2 oz | Bourbon whiskey |
1⁄2 oz | Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur |
1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
3⁄4 oz | Chilled water omit if using wet ice |
Garnish: Orange zest twist
STIR preserve with bourbon in base of shaker until mostly dissolved. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
