How to make

Glassware

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of fresh strawberry.

Method

MUDDLE strawberries in base of stirring glass.
Add next 3 ingredients, STIR with ice.
FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
TOP with a splash of soda, if desired.

Review

Unusually a fresh muddled fruit cocktail that's stirred rather than shaken. This Valentine's Day cocktail is suitably pink and is garnished with a heart-shaped strawberry. (Apologies for the strawberry in our photo but early Feb is not the best time for strawberries in the UK.)
