Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
2 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
2 oz Tennessee whiskey
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Maple syrup
13 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Fresh strawberry

How to make:

MUDDLE strawberries in base of stirring glass. Add next 3 ingredients, STIR with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with a splash of soda if so desired.

Review:

Unusually a fresh muddled fruit cocktail that's stirred rather than shaken. This Valentine's Day cocktail is suitably pink and is garnished with a heart-shaped strawberry. (Apologies for the strawberry in our photo but early Feb is not the best time for strawberries in the UK.)
