Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
1 oz White crème de cacao liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 scoop Vanilla ice cream
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated lemon zest.
  3. BLEND all ingredients with crushed ice.
  4. Serve with straws.

Delicious. I used Havana Club 3, but all elements are wonderfully balanced.

Great cocktail. Could be a bit on the sweet side depending of the sweetness of your ice cream. Would be perfect as a dessert or after-dinner cocktail.

I tried this today to mark Pi Day (3.14 as it's written here in the US). Made exactly as written it is delicious. Yum yum!
