Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Elderflower liqueur
12 oz Aniseed (anise) liqueur
3 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
12 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of apple wedge.
  3. POUR all ingredients into chilled glass.
  4. Fill with ice.
  5. Garnish with apple wedge on rim.

Herbsaint turns this a pale, cloudy, shade of rosee-beige. And it looms large over the fore and aft. But it's only slightly overbearing. The apple and elderflower do poke out later in the finish. Interesting drink. Yes sir I like it.

I tried with Ouzo instead Pastis. Very particular taste. To try !!
