Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Ketel One Citroen Vodka
12 oz Elderflower liqueur
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 12 oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon wedge.
  3. SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring tonic water.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedge.

A great summer drink for Western Australia. Don’t skimp on the lemon though, we like it with a bit more.

I try whit edelflower syrup instead liquor and sugar syrup. Good !

For me, this was perfect as is. For my wife, I had to increase the rich syrup just a touch for her to enjoy it.

This was outstanding. It was perfect with a cold lunch on a warm day. Will definitely make this one again.
