1 2/3 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1/2 fl oz Ketel One Citroen Vodka
1/2 fl oz Elderflower liqueur
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
1 1/2 fl oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Collins glass

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon wedge.

Method

  1. SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring tonic water.

  1. Garnish with lemon wedge.

I try whit edelflower syrup instead liquor and sugar syrup. Good !
