Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
12 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.

It's taste it's very sour, perfect for the summer. How do you shake It? When I did it, it's colour is way redder than in the photo. I used Monin grenadine syrup if it's useful.
