Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 12 oz Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc)
14 oz Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
  5. Garnish with orange slice wheel.

Review:

A White Negroni usually consists of equal parts all three ingredients but this "Mellow" rendition has one-sixth parts bittersweet gentian liqueur.

Great. The final mix is more balanced and tastier.

I prefer this variation as I find the Suze quite strong
