Serve in a Toddy glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
2 23 oz Filter coffee (hot)
12 oz Double cream / heavy cream
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select a Toddy glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and grated nutmeg.
  3. POUR first 2 ingredients into pre-warmed heat-proof glass.
  4. FLOAT warmed and whipped/shaken cream.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
  6. Garnish with dusting of nutmeg grated over cocktail.

Tia Maria is now made in Italy, so not so Jamaican.
