A classic frozen Daiquiri heavily laced with maraschino cherry.
Created by yours truly (Simon Difford). This was one of the two cocktails with which I won a Havana Club Daiquiri competition in 2002. It is named after Girolamo Luxardo, creator of Luxardo Maraschino liqueur. Lux is also Latin for light.
