Serve in a Coupe glass
1 fresh | Passion fruit (fresh) |
1 oz | Bourbon whiskey |
1 oz | Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack |
1⁄4 oz | Monin Grenadine Syrup |
1⁄6 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
0.04 oz | Orange blossom water / Orange flower water |
1 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
Garnish: Orange zest twist
Cut passion fruit in half and scoop flesh into shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Passion fruit and orange flavours, laced with apple brandy and bourbon. Fruity yet dry.
