Ingredients:
1 fresh Passion fruit (fresh)
1 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
14 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
0.04 oz Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura

Garnish: Orange zest twist

How to make:

Cut passion fruit in half and scoop flesh into shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Absolutely delicious - but mine was a very thick, opaque brown mess. Definitely not a looker but very very tasty.

Very nice; maybe a bit too sweet. Perhaps my grenadine is to blame? My drink was much redder than the picture….
