Ingredients:
34 oz Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
12 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
16 oz Chilled water
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of flamed coin-sized orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

based on my previous experience with drinks containing absinth, I had pretty low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. still, I would lower absinth by 1/3 and increase lemon a bit, maybe also add more water
