| 5⁄12 fl oz | Passion fruit purée |
| 1⁄3 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of Verdita served on the side.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into chilled glass.
