23 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 fl oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
512 fl oz Passion fruit purée
13 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of Verdita served on the side.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Used Mezcal (by accident). I have no comparison - but it worked nicely.
