| 5⁄6 oz | Passoã passion fruit liqueur |
| 2⁄3 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Monin Vanilla Syrup |
| 0.42 oz | Passion fruit purée |
| 1⁄3 oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of Verdita served on the side.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into chilled glass.
