A boozy but delicious early evening cocktail. But the photo cannot be right...where's the pink? (I love pink...it's the dominant colour in my Summer annuals).

That's a very good drink, but for some reason it was pinker than in the photo.

Sounds like a red rather than pink grapefruit.

Made this with a home-made Limoncello provided by a friend. BUT then used supermarket-bought pink grapefruit juice, and guess what....? Still amazing. Interested to see what it would taste like with Vodka. But basically a very sharp, refreshing, adult cocktail. The three basic flavours (Lemon, Juniper, Grapefruit) are usually quite dominating in their own right, but this combination really works.

Great drink. Not too sweet but a just little grapefruit forward.

This was great as an afternoon drink on a warm day. Just the right amount of sweetness. Make sure you have good ingredients as there are few ingredients. Will have again.
