Ingredients:
56 oz Ketel One Vodka
56 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 12 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Ale

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Flute glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of physalis (cape gooseberry) or quarter orange slice wheel.
  3. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass whilst also pouring ginger ale.
  5. Garnish with physalis or orange slice on rim.

Reduce sugar syrup. Must have physalis

Next time I would omit the sugar syrup. Depending on the sourness of the lemon used and the sweetness of the ginger ale, it should be sweet enough.
