Ingredients
3⁄4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄2 fl oz Monin Strawberry Syrup
1⁄4 fl oz Chilli liqueur
1 pinch Black pepper
1⁄2 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
3⁄4 fl oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
1 1⁄2 fl oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
