Serve in a Coupe glass
22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Monin Strawberry Syrup |
7.5 ml | Chilli liqueur |
1 pinch | Black pepper |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
22.5 ml | Strucchi Rosso Vermouth |
45 ml | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
