How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

History

A reversed and volumized London Calling. The name and the ratios maybe is my own (London is very 'cool') but this cocktail was the idea of Jennifer Spencer and shared via a comment on our London Calling page.

Angela Landsbuty travels in her bed in Bedknobs and Broomsticks, I do the same with my shaker! I love this version of Call London even much better than London Calling! I am discovering the Jerez in all versions. Jerez - Sherry not Cherry and sometimes Manzanilla, I just bought each version, and I am doing all kind of recipes. Recommend me some please por favor senior :D

Quite sour, surprisingly so. The gin was missing, so I prefer the London Calling to this, though this is admittedly, a good low ABV option.
