How to make

Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

History

A reversed and volumized London Calling. The name and the ratios maybe is my own (London is very 'cool') but this cocktail was the idea of Jennifer Spencer and shared via a comment on our London Calling page.

Quite sour, surprisingly so. The gin was missing, so I prefer the London Calling to this, though this is admittedly, a good low ABV option.
