fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz Lejay Creme de Framboise (raspberry) Liqueur
½ fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne)
3 dash Angostura Orange Bitters (optional)
Top up with Soda (club soda) or sparkling water

How to make:

MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker. Add next five ingredients. SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and lightly stir.
