10 fresh | Raspberries |
2 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
1 1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄2 oz | Giffard Crème de Framboise |
1⁄2 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
3 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura optional |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
Garnish: Raspberries & lemon slice
MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker. Add next five ingredients. SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and lightly stir.
If based on gin rather than vodka this would be a Raspberry Collins.
