Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
10 fresh Raspberries
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Giffard Crème de Framboise
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura optional
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered raspberries and lemon slice wheel.

How to make:

  1. Add next 5 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with lemon wheel and skewered raspberries.

Review:

If based on gin rather than vodka this would be a Raspberry Collins.

I wasn't sure about this one with all the tartness of the raspberries and lemon juice but I have to say it was exceptionally good. It balanced well after topping off with the club soda. Makes a very impressive looking cocktail with its deep red color. Float a few fresh raspberries on top and presto...you have a great cocktail to share!
