Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 3 barspoon | Quince mustard jam |
| 2 fl oz | Ketel One Vodka |
| 1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
Garnish: Lemon slice & Luxardo Maraschino Cherry on stick (sail)
How to make:
STIR quince jam with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve jam. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
