Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
3 barspoon Quince mustard jam
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative

Garnish: Lemon slice & Luxardo Maraschino Cherry on stick (sail)

How to make:

STIR quince jam with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve jam. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
