2 fl oz	Ketel One Vodka
1 fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 1/2 fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
Top up with	Thomas Henry Soda Water

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Collins glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

Method

Lightly MUDDLE (just to bruise) mint in base of shaker.
Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Garnish

Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
Serve with a straw.
