How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients and strain into ice-filled glass.
1/2 fl oz | Patrón Reposado tequila |
1/2 fl oz | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
1/3 fl oz | Del Maguey Vida Clásico mezcal |
1/3 fl oz | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Corn/maize liqueur |
1/6 fl oz | Mexican corn whisky |
1/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Agave syrup |
5 drop | Difford's Margarita Bitters |

Review:
A mellow but characterful Margarita distinguished by a splash of corn whisky, mezcal and corn liqueur, further mellowed by agave syrup and a split between lemon and lime.
History:
Created in February 2023 by yours truly for both Margarita Day and to celebrate Paul Young's Los Pacaminos Tex-Mex band playing at the local village hall a few days later. There are 10 ingredients - there's a lot of members of the band.
