15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
30 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Vegan egg white replacement |
0.6 ml | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
15 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
22.5 ml | Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years |
