Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Ketel One Vodka
2 23 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
1 16 oz Pineapple juice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

I tried this with the IBA measures and it was better than the above recipe. I did, however, only have unsweetened cranberry juice, so I had to sub. Here is my half-size IBA recipe: 30 ml vodka, 75 ml unsweetened cranberry juice, 15 ml grenadine, 22.5 ml pineapple juice. Still a bit sweet, but not bad.

Oh dear, it wasn't good. It tasted like pineapple water. Maybe it's the quality of the pineapple juice, but no cranberry came through. The foam was the only good part of the drink.
