- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- RIM glass with salt (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and dip into salt).
- Prepare garnish of edible rose petal.

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into pre-prepared glass.
