30 ml | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
30 ml | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
30 ml | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 barspoon | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
