Glass:

Ingredients:
12 fresh Mint leaves
1 23 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
12 oz Passoã passion fruit liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
12 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprigs and spoon of fresh passion fruit flesh & seeds.

How to make:

  1. ADD first 5 ingredients to chilled glass and two-thirds fill with crushed ice.
  2. CHURN (stir) with barspoon and then FILL glass with more crushed ice.
  3. TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet and spoon of fresh passion fruit flesh & seeds.
  2. Serve with a straw.

Fruity, just as the name promises, but this Mojito is balanced rather than sweet.

A top shelf Mojito. Bravo. A bit more soda, for the extra fizz, doesn't hurt.
