Garnish:
Mint sprigs bouquet & spoon of fresh passion fruit flesh & seeds. Serve with a straw.
How to make:
ADD first 5 ingredients to glass and two-thirds fill with crushed ice. CHURN (stir) with bar spoon and them FILL glass with more crushed ice. TOP with splash of soda, briefly stir and serve.
12 fresh | Mint leaves |
1 2/3 fl oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
1/2 fl oz | Passoã passion fruit liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Passion fruit syrup |
1/2 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
