How to make:
SHAKE first two ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with dry sparkling wine.

Adapted from a recipe Created in 2002 by Tony Conigliaro at The Lonsdale in London, England. Originally made using prosecco and elderflower cordial but now mostly made with elderflower liqueur and often champagne.
