How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I was a bit concerned by the shot and a half of liqueur, but the vermouths do dry and balance. Very fruity, as one might expect. Pleasant and floral.

A sweet drink with the obvious floral tastes of creme de violette and an amazing dark blue color. It doesn’t feel like you’re drinking booze and that makes sense because the ingredients have a relatively low alcohol content. Ideal for those who prefer light and sweet drinks. s
