Serve in a Martini (large 10oz) glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
1 oz Elderflower liqueur
1 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini (large 10oz) glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I am not sure why this drink has such a low rating. It is really delicious, with a tang as well as fruitiness. Not complex, but it is really nice.

Very well balanced. Just sweet enough, but not overly. There is a wonderful taste of grapefruit which comes out of the mixtures of flavours which is very refreshing.
