Ingredients:
1 12 oz Fernet Branca liqueur
1 oz Red/rosso vermouth semi-dry (circa 80gms sugar p/l)
13 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
3 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
