Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
56 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
56 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
56 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

This was excellent. Very nicely balanced for me - I'm impressed my Tanqueray was so appropriately tamed by the power of orange!

Agreed! I've amended the recipe above accordingly but still on the tart side.

Loved this combination, but i think adding mint leaves would enhance a rich flavour. I will surely try adding mint next time.
