14 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
14 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare mint leaf for garnish.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with mint leaf.

Had for our aperitif on Christmas Eve to commemorate the WWI Christmas ceasefire. Was pleasantly surprised. Looking at the recipe I was expecting it to be a bit sweet, but it was much drier. Great cocktail.
