This an outstanding tequila-based after-dinner/night cap. I had this on my wish list for quite awhile, but was concerned it would be too sweet. It was not. It is delightful. The tequila taste is strong and the honey/herbal taste of the Benedictine adds multiple layers of flavours. Would recommend to anyone who likes a strong tequila taste in an after-dinner cocktail.

I have put this on my favourites. Next time I will use the same 2:1 recipe but try it with Anejo tequila. Might even try it unchilled.
