How to make:
MUDDLE lime and grapefruit in base of shaker to release juices. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with 6oz scoop crushed ice and pour all without straining into glass.

1⁄4 fresh | Ruby red grapefruit (chopped wedges) |
2 fl oz | Italian red bitter liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water |
