How to make:

MUDDLE lime and grapefruit in base of shaker to release juices. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with 6oz scoop crushed ice and pour all without straining into glass.

12 fresh Lime (fresh) (chopped wedges)
14 fresh Ruby red grapefruit (chopped wedges)
2 fl oz Strucchi Red Bitter Liqueur
1/2 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
