The name literally translates as 'goat sucker' and is the name given to a mythical Latin American creature that is said to kill goats and other small animals to then suck the blood out of them. The first reported incidences occurred in Puerto Rico in 1995 .

I was nervous that all the strong flavours wouldn't meld well, but it's pretty well balanced. I think next time I might try it with a little less absinthe because it was the most overwhelming, but all in all, surprisingly tasty and refreshing!
