- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of dehydrated apple slice wheel.
Method
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Created by yours truly in November 2023. Somebody had to attribute a cocktail to the name!
Review
Irish whiskey, dry vermouth and pear liqueur cocktail with apple juice. Drops of bitters are crucial to the balance, so if not available, replace them with the oils from a lemon zest twist.
