Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Irish whiskey
34 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
12 oz Giffard Poire William liqueur
12 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
6 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dehydrated apple slice wheel.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Float (dehydrated) apple slice for garnish.

Review:

Irish whiskey, dry vermouth and pear liqueur cocktail with apple juice. Drops of bitters are crucial to the balance, so if not available, replace them with the oils from a lemon zest twist.
